The annealing furnace frame is welded by various sections, the outer frame USES channel steel as the main beam, the coaming plate USES cold sheet, the trolley annealing furnace USES channel steel as the main beam, the bottom plate and the front and rear end plates use middle plate. Annealing furnace transmission part: Trolley transmission adopts motor and reducer to drive a set of driving wheels at the front end through the chain. The furnace door is driven by the combination of worm gear reducer and motor.

Sealing: The trolley and the furnace body are sealed with labyrinth structure, and the two sides of the trolley are installed with automatic sand sealing knife. The furnace door seal adopts raceway-type pressing and spring pressing automatic mechanism to seal the furnace body adopts high quality firebrick structure locally to ensure the sealing of the furnace chamber. High aluminum brick masonry is used in the trolley's pressure resistant part, and thermal insulation brick is added at the lower part.

Quenching system of annealing furnace: several burners are installed on both sides of oil furnace, and the heat flow circulates in the furnace reciprocating to ensure the average temperature of furnace. Automatic type and semi-automatic type can be selected according to requirements. Preheating installation for smoke exhaust: a preheating installation for smoke exhaust is installed at the back and upper end of the furnace. When the smoke in the furnace passes through the preheater, it is fed by the fan into the cold air to stop preheating, and then sent by the pipeline to the burner to stop combustion-supporting. A manual disc valve is installed at the outlet, which can adjust the pressure in the furnace.
