Operation mode of atmosphere tube furnace

Operation mode of atmosphere tube furnace


According to the requirements of the laboratory, intermittent manual loading and unloading materials are adopted. When charging, place the material box on the material basin bracket, open and take the sealing end cover of one end of the pipe, put it into the material box bracket with the material box, then install the sealing end cover on the furnace tube flange and tighten the clamp bolts. Then the process atmosphere, until the oxygen content in the furnace tube to meet the process requirements for heating sintering. After the product sintering process is completed, a small amount of process atmosphere should be continued and temperature should be lowered until the temperature in the furnace is lower than the process requirements, then the end cover of the furnace tube seal can be opened to take out the product.


Note 1. Operation of temperature system:


The user's switch board sends electricity to the electric furnace. At this time, the program table gets electricity. Set the meter according to the temperature meter manual. The heating power can be calculated by the following formula:


Heating power = meter voltage × meter current


The normal heating current is about 22A and the heating voltage is about 220V.


Heating stop: after the end of the program temperature, the execution time =0 section of the program, the heating end. Will stop pressing the torsional critical position. Break off user switch.


Note 2.


A. The temperature set by the program shall not be higher than the parameter temperature of the electric furnace.


B. Do not open the furnace door when the electric furnace is working. Take the product, should wait until the furnace temperature of 100℃ below.


C. During heating, the heating power shall not exceed 6KW, otherwise the heating element will be damaged.
