1) The softening point of the quartz tube is 1270 degrees. When used at 1200 degrees, it should not exceed 3 hours.


2), tube furnace usually don't recommend customer hydrogen, except through the concentration of hydrogen content in explosion limit, if the customer need to use tubular furnace concentration in concentration of hydrogen gas explosion, must do a good job in security measures, the general gas when people don't stand on both ends of the furnace tube, if hydrogen use stainless steel tube, due to the heat transfer coefficient is larger than quartz stainless steel, stainless steel ends need water cooling, otherwise unable to seal o-rings temperature is exorbitant,


3) Keep the furnace tube clean and sanitary. There should be no residual substances that react with SiO2 in the furnace tube. When burning materials, in order to extend the service life of the furnace tube, do not put the materials directly on the furnace tube and hold them in a boat crucible.


4) When heating, please be sure to put ceramic furnace plug in the furnace tube, otherwise the temperature at both ends of the furnace tube is high, the O-ring in the flange cannot bear high temperature, so that the air tightness is not good, put the furnace plug and the furnace at both ends is conducive to the formation of a balanced temperature field.


5), please be sure to put the alumina furnace heating furnace tube plug, put two side, a total of four, on both sides of the furnace can plug en croute distance around 450 mm (because HTL1200 of open tubular furnace heated length is 400 mm), if you don't put out plug, on both ends of the furnace tube temperature is higher, the o-rings in the flange can't bear high temperature, makes the air tightness is not good, put out plug on both ends of the furnace tube is helpful to form a balanced temperature field.


6) The temperature resistance of quartz tube is related to its purity. The higher the purity is, the higher the temperature resistance will be.
