Plywood hot press is one of the main equipment in plywood production process, is used for coating composite slab after hot pressing gluing device, different varieties of plywood have different requirements on the performance of the compressor, ordinary plywood, plywood, plastic laminated veneer, wood laminated plastic sheet, Marine plywood manufacturing the required pressure increase in turn. Plywood hot press according to the mode of operation divided into periodic and continuous two, the domestic common is the periodic multilayer hot press. It is composed of three parts: hot press body, control drive part (hydraulic system and electric control system), heating system.

In current material applications, artificial materials occupy a large space. The most widely used is plywood. The so-called plywood is composed of laminated boards or splintered boards bonded by glue into multiple layers of composite slab material. In order to improve the quality and stress intensity in the existing plywood, the adjacent layers of wood fibers are glued vertically to each other. In the plywood support production, the hot press is one of the core equipment, the main role is to apply glue to the wood for hot pressing. The composite board that has just been hot-pressed and glued cannot be considered as a finished product, but needs to be cooled and molded to become a finished product. Therefore, in the current process, the hot-pressed plywood shall be separated in the layering device, so as to make the moisture in the hot-pressed process dissipate and cool down, thus achieving the purpose of stable forming. In the existing plate discharge device, it can only realize successive plate discharge and then start the fan for air drying according to the frequency of plate discharge, but it cannot realize independent separation during the process of plate discharge, and realize the change of anti-stress in the cooling process synchronously in this process.
