Application and analysis of power regulator in pit type furnace
The pit type annealing furnace is an important process in the production of hydrogen storage alloy, which has great influence on the properties of the product. Hydrogen storage alloy products require better uniformity of furnace temperature for annealing and annealing under gas protection. The heating element of annealing furnace selects ferrochrome aluminum material, which has high heating temperature and small resistance change in the heating process, so the constant impedance type power regulator is selected and phase control is adopted. The power regulator is provided with two potentiometers on the circuit board, which can adjust the reference voltage output and output, so as to adjust the power output conveniently. It can also adopt the external potentiometer to adjust the output power, which is very convenient to use.
According to the power input, the power regulator can be divided into three phase and single phase. There are a variety of wiring modes to choose from, including manual and automatic control switching, and multiple power regulators (3 sets) can also be controlled by a single temperature control meter. Due to the high requirement of uniformity of annealing furnace temperature, 3 sections of temperature control are adopted, and 3 single phase electric power regulators are controlled through 3 temperature control meters to achieve the purpose of automatic control of furnace temperature.
