1. It shall be placed on flat ground or cement platform. Stone wool board on the bottom cushion of the furnace to prevent the table from overheating. The controller shall avoid vibration, and the position shall not be too close to the electric furnace to prevent the electronic components from working normally due to overheating. Asbestos board to prevent the table from being overheated.

2. According to the rated voltage of the high temperature furnace, the plug, socket and fuse with appropriate power shall be equipped. The furnace shell and the controller shell shall be grounded, and a thick rubber plate shall be laid on the ground in front of the high temperature furnace to avoid danger and ensure safety. Thermocouple shall be inserted into the center of furnace, and the gap between hole and thermocouple shall be filled with asbestos rope. Use compensation wire (or insulated copper core wire) to connect thermocouple and controller, and pay attention not to connect the positive and negative poles wrongly.

3. When the high-temperature furnace is used or reused after long-term shutdown, it must be baked in advance.

4. When burning or melting the sample in a high temperature furnace, the sample must be placed in a high temperature resistant porcelain crucible or dish, and the operation conditions must be strictly controlled to prevent the sample liquid splashing, corrosion and bonding in the furnace due to high temperature.

5. The silicon carbon rods used in the high temperature box resistance furnace are naturally aged during use, and can be adjusted to Zui high level step by step. If the calorific value is insufficient (i.e. the power cannot reach the rated value), the new silicon carbon rods shall be replaced.

6. When putting the crucible, crucible frame and other articles into the furnace, do not touch the thermocouple, because the hot contact extending into the furnace thermocouple is easy to break under high temperature.

7. After burning, cut off the power supply immediately, but do not open the furnace door immediately, so as to prevent the furnace from cracking due to sudden cold. Generally, a small gap is opened first to make the furnace temperature drop quickly, then the furnace door is opened, and the burnt object is taken out with the crucible tongs.

8. It is necessary to gradually increase the voltage to raise the temperature. The furnace temperature shall not exceed the high temperature of Zui to avoid burning the electric heating elements. In the process of use, it is necessary to take care of it frequently to prevent the furnace wire from burning out due to the failure of automatic control. After use, cut off the power supply and close the furnace door to prevent the furnace from being eroded by moisture.

9. Inflammable and explosive materials shall not be stored around the high-temperature furnace, and the materials with explosion risk shall not be burned in the furnace.
