With the continuous development of industrial production, the amount of industrial wastewater is increasing. Untreated industrial wastewater will pollute the surface water, which directly threatens the safety of people's domestic water and drinking water. Therefore, the wastewater must be treated before discharge, and it is necessary to select appropriate wastewater filtration equipment.
Principle of wastewater filtration equipment:
1. The comprehensive wastewater flows through the grid to the large particle suspension and flows into the wastewater regulating tank; after the wastewater in the regulating tank is homogenized and evenly distributed, it is pumped into the hydrolysis tank by the sewage lifting pump under the control of the liquid level meter, and the pollutants such as N, P, CODcr and BOD5 are degraded by anaerobic microorganism.
2. Elastic fiber composite filler is hung in the hydrolysis tank to increase the microbial biomass. There are high concentration sludge mixture and biofilm in the tank. The organic matter in the tank is degraded by facultative bacteria, which improves the biodegradability of wastewater. At the same time, the process of transforming organic nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen into N2 and nxo gas under the action of microorganisms.
3. The effluent from the hydrolysis tank flows into the oxidation tank. Under the action of aerobic microorganisms, NH4 + in the wastewater is converted into NO2 - and NO3 -. In addition, with the help of the aerobic microorganism attached on the elastic packing in the tank, the organic pollutants can be decomposed, so as to reduce the pollutants such as BOD5, CODCr, etc.
4. The effluent from the contact oxidation tank flows into the sedimentation tank by itself, and the precipitated sludge is properly transported into the sludge tank for digestion and treatment by air stripping. The sewage from the sedimentation tank is mainly separated from the sludge water and then flows into the subsequent clean water disinfection tank for standard discharge. After digestion, the accumulated excess sludge in the sludge tank is cleaned and transported by the sludge pump regularly, and the supernatant flows back to the digestion tank for denitrification and denitrification.
