Proper usage and operation of high temperature furnace

The outside of the high temperature furnace is made of iron plate and painted with wrinkle paint. There is a small hole on the door of the furnace, inlaid with transparent mica piece, you can peek inside the furnace. The door of the furnace is closed and the switch is convenient.


High temperature furnace should be equipped with automatic temperature controller and thermocouple. The automatic constant temperature controller USES a high frequency oscillation circuit of a vacuum tube, in which the energy storage coil is fixed at a certain oscillation frequency due to the proper coordination of the coupling reservoir. Energy storage coils with fixed temperature index, and there are large thermocouple thermometer, clearly indicating the temperature of the furnace, the pointer on a metal flag, when high temperature furnace temperature up to the required temperature, the temperature index of the small flags and energy storage coil coupling, oscillating current random stop, tube anode current change, make its manipulation of a highly sensitive relay, again in order to control a strong current relay to cut off the heating wire, make temperature no longer rises.


When the temperature drops, the small flag of the pointer loses its coupling with the energy storage coil, the electron tube returns to oscillation, and the controlled strong relay also recovers the current passing through the high-temperature furnace, and the furnace temperature can rise gradually. Thus, due to the intermittent current, the temperature has been automatically maintained.


Proper usage of high temperature furnace:


1. Connect the fixed socket behind the controller to the high-temperature furnace. Connect the plug behind the controller to the 220V AC power supply. The outer layer of the electric furnace is properly wired for safety.


2. Insert the thermocouple into the high-temperature furnace, and connect the two connection lines of the thermocouple to the red and black terminals of the controller respectively.


3. When in use, turn on the power switch and the red indicator light will go on, indicating that the furnace has been energized. Adjust the temperature control key to the required temperature, then the temperature can be automatically fixed. When the temperature rises until the temperature pointer rises to the temperature pointer, the red light will go out, indicating that the work is proceeding normally.


4, after the use, as long as the control of the "power switch" to the "off" position, the furnace power supply will be cut off, at the same time pull the switch, more safety.


Notes for operation of high temperature furnace:


In the process of using the high-temperature furnace to change the determined temperature, such as the temperature from high to low, the power should be cut off, when the pyrometer reading falls below the new predetermined reading, you can rotate the control button to make the fixed-temperature index move to the left on the new predetermined temperature reading, and then switch on the power; If the temperature changes from low to high, twist the control key so that the fixed temperature index moves to the right to the predetermined temperature reading, and the pyrometer reading continues to rise.
