Starting conditions: Cooling control and atmosphere control complete

Step 1: Start flushing

Nitrogen large-flow butterfly valve and nitrogen discharge valve are opened. The fan starts low-speed operation and the feedback signal is in place.

Step 2: Flush timing

When N2 purging flow ≥ set value and converter of furnace fan operates normally, PLC timer is started and the inner cover pre-flushing is completed after reaching the set time. If one of these conditions is not met, the timer clears "0".

Step 3: Flush is complete

The butterfly valve with large nitrogen flow is opened, the N2 discharge valve is closed, and the furnace fan stops.
