Application field of experimental electric furnace:


Experimental box electric furnace is widely used in the production and experiment of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical industry, machinery, refractories, new material development, special materials, building materials and other fields. Universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises do high temperature sintering, metal annealing, usually can also be used for monitoring.


There are many kinds of experimental electric furnace, but it can be roughly classified from the following aspects:


1. From the shape of the furnace can be divided into: box resistance furnace and tube resistance furnace;


2. From the operation procedures can be divided into: artificial programming resistance furnace and artificial intelligence resistance furnace;


3. The required atmosphere conditions of the experiment can be divided into oxidation atmosphere resistance furnace and vacuum atmosphere resistance furnace.


4. From the highest temperature can be divided into: low temperature resistance furnace (below 600℃), medium temperature resistance furnace (600℃-1000℃), high temperature resistance furnace (1000℃-1700℃), ultra-high temperature resistance furnace (1800℃-2600℃).
