QPQ technology is a new technology of metal surface modification and strengthening. It can improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of metal surface without deformation. The process realizes the combination of nitriding and oxidation, nitride and oxide, wear and corrosion resistance, heat treatment and anticorrosion.
QPQ is a new process, which has its unique requirements. The operation must be strictly standardized so that the workpiece can meet the requirements of wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and get a more beautiful appearance.
1. Technology
1.1 the whole process
Washing: it is the pretreatment of QPQ, which is very important.
Preheating: 350-400 ℃, time depends on capacity, generally 20-60min
Nitriding: 510 - 580 ℃, 15 - 180 minutes
Oxidation: 350 - 400 ℃, 10 - 20min
Polishing: commonly used mechanical vibration polishing
This process is:
Load washing - preheating - nitriding - polishing - washing - drying - oiling
