Regular maintenance of roll grinder

1) During regular repair, the lubricating oil should be replaced, and all mechanisms must be cleaned and wiped clean when cleaning the oil tank.

2) When changing oil, the oil filter, oil distribution line, oil cup and oil pan must be cleaned, and the oil circuit should be circulated; all oil guide lines and oil felt should be cleaned and dried, and then immersed in oil pan and oil tank.

3) The oil filter felt and oil guide line of oil pan and oil cup shall be cleaned once every two weeks; the felt pad of oil pan and oil cup shall be cleaned once a week.

4) Change the coolant every 2-3 weeks. During replacement, the coolant tank shall be thoroughly cleaned, and there shall be no residual old liquid and other impurities. The coolant pump must be cleaned once every 3-4 months. The preparation of cooling concentrate should meet the requirements.

5) Send pressure gauge for inspection regularly according to regulations.
