1. Brief Description
The spark plasma sintering furnace (SPS) is one of the most advanced sintering furnace. With characteristics of fast sintering and high density of specimen, this furnace is mainly applied to sintering of nanophase materials, functionally graded material (FGM), nanoscale the rmoelectric materials, rare earth permanent magnets, target materials, nonequilibrium materials and medical implants, etc.
