Safety protection of heat treatment equipment

(1) Formulate and implement the safety rules for the use of electricity for electrical equipment, including the joint pin for opening the furnace door, the grounding of furnace shell, protection against electric shock, shielding of high-frequency equipment, leakage protection of high voltage and protection of control cabinet, etc., to ensure the safety of people and equipment. The place of production operation shall adopt insulating labor measures and be equipped with protective articles.

(2) The fuel furnace and controlled atmosphere furnace shall be explosion-proof, including preventing tempering and extinguishing of gas and controlled atmosphere, preventing leakage of gas and controlled atmosphere, preventing improper operation of exhaust process of controlled atmosphere furnace from causing explosion, and preventing flammable atmosphere furnace and gas furnace from being accidentally ignited and exploded after they are shut down. Corresponding control device should be set up for this purpose.

(3) To avoid being scalded and burned in high-temperature operation, equip with necessary labor protection articles.

(4) To prevent the operator from being directly harmed by the management, handling and use of hazardous materials and the harmful reaction products of materials, and establish corresponding operation and storage procedures.

(5) To prevent the direct damage caused by dust from sand blasting and other processes. Equipment should be airtight and exhaust dust removal.

(6) Reduce the noise in the workshop, and take measures of silencing and sound insulation.

(7) To prevent fire in the workshop, the quenching oil in the workshop shall have cooling oil circulation system and emergency oil discharge measures and fire prevention measures. For inflammable goods, such as hydrogen, acetylene, propyl, butane and other placement of the pipeline and valve reliability should meet the requirements.

(8) The workshop and workshop shall meet the requirements of the hot processing workshop to be able to fire prevention and good ventilation and heating conditions, and maintain an appropriate temperature.

(9) The lighting in the workshop should be strong enough to facilitate the production and operation of workers, so as to reduce operation errors and cause accidents.
