Well gas nitriding furnace is mainly used for gas nitriding of carbon steel parts, die quenching and other heat treatment. The furnace is equipped with a drip irrigation device and can also be used for gas nitriding (soft nitriding) heat treatment. Drip irrigation can be used as a general well furnace when ammonia is not added.
1) Obtain high surface hardness
2) Increase wear resistance and wear resistance
