How to solve the noise of graphitization furnace? Causes and control measures
Slight noise is the normal production condition in the production process of medium frequency graphitization furnace, but if the noise is huge, it must be a part of the problem, need to check one by one, and then the right medicine. The huge noise will bring hidden danger to the personal safety of employees and disturb the production and life of nearby residents. Here is how to solve the noise of medium frequency graphitization furnace.
1、 Causes of noise in graphitization furnace
1. After the medium frequency graphitization furnace is started, the voltage rise is not high, the reactor voice is particularly loud, dull and shaking, there are over-current or over-voltage fault from time to time, and sometimes even burn out the inverter tube. Most of these faults are the reactor problems.
2. The noise of medium frequency graphitization furnace mainly comes from medium frequency power supply, furnace body and hydraulic pump. Secondly, the noise level of transformer and water pump is relatively small.
3. During the operation of medium frequency graphitization furnace with high power density, the noise is relatively large due to the vibration of induction coil and yoke.
4. It is possible that the poor thyristor of a certain phase may cause regular intermittent oscillation. At that time, even the copper bar can vibrate, which is visible to the naked eye.
2、 Noise control measures of medium frequency graphitization furnace
1. Installation of acoustic doors
It is generally required that the noise at 1m away from the furnace body and 1m in height on the furnace working platform should be ≤ 85dB (excluding background noise). Therefore, when installing sound insulation doors for two medium frequency graphitization furnace rooms, the sound insulation loss should be greater than 25dB. The overall sound insulation performance of the middle and low frequency noise isolation effect should meet the national requirements. The door frame and door leaf should be well surface rust proof.
2. Noise reduction of cooling and ventilation system
A large amount of heat generated during the operation of intermediate frequency graphitization furnace needs to be discharged in time. The noise of fans discharging heat is very large, which is also the main noise source of medium frequency furnace workshop. In order to effectively eliminate heat and prevent noise leakage, two air inlet mufflers and two exhaust mufflers can be installed in the medium frequency graphitization furnace room, and two low-noise axial-flow fans are equipped for forced exhaust.
3. Shock absorption and noise reduction of furnace body
When the medium frequency graphitization furnace operates at high power, the noise is relatively large due to the vibration of induction coil and yoke. In order to reduce vibration and noise, some noise reduction measures can also be taken for furnace structure. If necessary, some measures can be taken to reduce the noise, such as lining the inner wall of the furnace shell with sound insulation material, adding rubber pad to the cover plate of the maintenance hole, and adding fillers in the cavity of the furnace structure.
4. The reactor is treated with glue to reduce inter turn vibration
When the medium frequency graphitization furnace operates at high power, the noise is relatively large due to the vibration of the copper tube and yoke of the reactor. In order to reduce the vibration and noise, the reactor can be filled with insulation damping glue, which can effectively reduce the vibration of copper pipe between wire packages and suppress the noise.
5. Sound absorption in the machine room
The sound absorption treatment of the wall and top surface of the machine room can avoid the medium sound caused by the noise of the medium frequency graphitization furnace in the machine room. On site: the sound absorption materials for the wall and roof of the machine room are mainly to absorb the medium high sound wave, with high flow resistance and porosity higher than 80%. At the same time, the sound insulation treatment should also be carried out for the through wall pipe and pipe of the machine room.
