6. The coal seam is controlled at about 1.4m (gas space distance). Put an end to excessive ash, coal seam is too low burning hood. Put an end to lazy ash, coal seam is too high, burn out bell jar and form gas outlet temperature is too high.

23. Before vacuumizing, close the ammonia decomposition inlet valve of the furnace seat, turn off the waste gas valve of the furnace seat, and open the vacuum valve of the furnace.
24. The ignition color of the exhaust gas from the riot box is orange.
25. Furnace seat fan is not allowed to start directly at high speed. It should be low speed first and then high speed to ensure the service life of motor.
26. In the process of furnace burning, the operators of gas generator and heating furnace shall cooperate and operate synchronously, and operate in strict accordance with the operation process requirements.
