Standard operation of electric furnace for industrial heat treatment

1. The electric furnace before heat treatment must be the workpiece that has been normalized or quenched and tempered.


2. First use gasoline and alcohol to scrub the workpiece surface of gas nitriding furnace, and there shall be no rust, oil and dirt.


3. After being put into the gas nitriding furnace, tighten the cover bolts symmetrically.


4. Feed cooling water into the water inlet of furnace tank and furnace cover for circulating water cooling. On the furnace cover of industrial heat treatment electric furnace, the lower end of cooling water is water inlet, and the upper end is water outlet. The furnace tank is separately fed with water and drained separately. All water pipes of furnace cover of industrial heat treatment electric furnace can be connected in series according to the principle of low inlet and high outlet, with one inlet for water inlet and one outlet for drainage.


5. Before heating up, the industrial heat treatment electric furnace should send nitrogen to exhaust gas, and the flow rate should be more than twice that of using.


After exhausting for 10 minutes, set the temperature control instrument to 150 ℃, turn the automatic heating switch to on, heat the gas nitriding furnace at 150 ℃ for 2 hours, and then set the temperature control instrument to 530 ℃. Reduce the ammonia flow rate and keep the positive pressure in the furnace. When the furnace temperature rises to 530 ℃, nitriding at constant temperature and constant flow is 3-20h, and then increase the ammonia pressure, Let the exhaust gas maintain a moderate pressure, nitriding for 4-70 h, then reduce the ammonia pressure, nitrogen removal for 1-2 h, cut off the power supply, give a small amount of ammonia, keep the positive pressure in the furnace, and stop supplying ammonia out of the furnace until the furnace temperature drops below 150 ℃.
