The hot pressing sintering furnace is composed of furnace body, furnace cover, heat preservation barrel, hot pressing device, heating body and power supply, vacuum system, water cooling system and temperature measurement system.
(1) The furnace body is made of stainless steel with double-layer structure. It is divided into inner and outer barrels. The furnace bottom head is processed by spinning process. Because the force produced by the hot pressing device is to be borne by the furnace body, the furnace body must have high strength and enough rigidity, and it shall not be deformed under external force and high temperature. The center line of the fixed base of the dynamic sealing device at the bottom of the furnace must be vertical to the flange plate on the furnace body to ensure the straightness of the lower top bar movement. The fixed seat of dynamic sealing device has good cooling conditions to prolong the service life of the seal.
(2) The furnace cover is composed of furnace cover body, lifting oil cylinder (not marked on the drawing) and upper pressure head. The furnace cover is a double-layer structure. In order to bear the pressure transmitted by the lower top bar, it must have sufficient strength and stiffness. The lower end of the upper head is in the high temperature zone when working, so it must be forced to cool.
(3) The heat insulation barrel is composed of heat insulation barrel, reflection drum, insulation layer and barrel body, which are made of graphite, molybdenum sheet, graphite felt and stainless steel respectively. The reflecting barrel made of molybdenum sheet mainly resists the radiant heat produced by heating elements, so as not to damage the insulation layer and furnace body.
(4) The hot pressing device is composed of hydraulic station, oil cylinder, lifting cylinder, lower ejector rod and controller. The hydraulic station has two ways of pressure output, one is to drive the furnace cover to move up and down, the other is to drive the hot press cylinder movement. There are two ways to control the hot pressing cylinder, manual or automatic. Automatic operation, according to the set pressure automatically maintain pressure, so that products are always in a constant pressure state. The speed regulation range of oil cylinder movement is 50-300 mm / min. The hot pressing oil cylinder must have high stability when it works under load, and can not shake.
