Whatever it is called, the main functions of the case remain the same: circulating fans, high-temperature generators, timers, exhausts, etc. Although high-temperature furnace and drying oven may be the most widely used equipment in the environmental test equipment, there are also many problems in the actual use of the equipment. Here we will take a look at the common failures of high-temperature furnace.


1. Failure: Instrument is not timed. Each membrane key instrument has different timing Settings. For example, the DHG series oven directly sets the temperature on the instrument and then sets the constant temperature after pressing the button. If the time is not SET, there will be no timing function and it will work all the time unless it is turned off manually. There is another one which is timed by the instrument itself with overtemperature alarm point and external time relay. Generally, the overtemperature alarm temperature point is set after ALM parameter is found in the internal parameters of the instrument. For example: 220 degrees temperature insulation 4 hours shutdown. After entering the internal parameters of the temperature controller, find the ALM parameters and set the standby temperature point to 1 degree or 2 degrees. Then set the experiment time on the time relay table for 4H.


(ALM is the standby temperature point, which is generally set according to the process requirements. For example, the required working temperature is 230 ° C, and ALM is set at 2 ° C. Then, at 228 ° C, the equipment will start the insulation timing. If ALM is set to 5 degrees, start the timer at 225 degrees.


2. Failure: The temperature controller can't set the temperature parameter or time parameter suddenly. This is because in today's high temperature furnace temperature controller in order to prevent not of experiment personnel operation within the instrument has a parameter setting locks, some operations in unwittingly to lock the instrument according to the wrong parameters, then the temperature controller only in the present work under the set temperature and time, is not to change the temperature and time parameters. To solve the problem is very simple, hold down the temperature controller on the SET button for about 3 seconds to loosen, after entering into the instrument parameters, find LCK or LC through displacement key Numbers, lock the parameters is changed to 0 to unlock, and then press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to loosen return to SET temperature time interface can SET temperature and time parameters. 3. Failure: In normal use, the high-temperature furnace suddenly heats very slowly and fails to reach the maximum temperature. This fault is generally caused by circuit fault and electric heat pipe fault, which may be caused by the three-phase fault relay's broken phase. Because the three-phase solid state relay's broken phase is equivalent to the loss of a group of electric heat pipe, although the equipment can be heated, the temperature rises slowly or cannot rise to some high temperature. Similarly, the failure of the electric heat pipe will also lead to this failure.
