During the drying process, the vacuum drying equipment constantly changes the pressure in the drying tank to evenly heat the product, and can timely remove the evaporated water in the tank to prevent the iron core from rusting. Due to the step-by-step drying method, the product has less deformation and drying. Due to its reasonable structure and technology, the drying time can be shortened by 40-50% compared with the conventional vacuum drying, which is a reliable and energy-saving process equipment.
Vacuum drying equipment system:
1. The tank body shall be horizontal, and the revolving side shall open the door. When the tank door is closed, it shall be locked manually.
2. Limit vacuum degree (no-load, cold state) ≤ 30Pa, leakage rate ≤ 500pa.l/s.
3. The heating pipe is heated in the tank, and the heat transfer oil is used as the heat transfer medium, and the heating pipe area meets the process requirements of the variable pressure method.
4. The maximum working temperature is 170 ± 5 ℃, and the temperature is controlled automatically. Three temperature measuring sensors are set in the tank to measure the space temperature, body temperature and insulation material temperature in the tank.
5. Flange seal ring of oil tank is high temperature resistant and long life "0" type.

7. A working power trolley is set in the tank.
8. There are two observation windows on the tank cover to facilitate the observation of the conditions in the tank.
