Structure introduction:
(1) the car furnace is composed of a furnace body and a movable car
(2) the furnace body shell and trolley are made of high quality steel plate and section steel welded together.
(3) the heating elements are equipped with high resistance alloy 0Cr27AL7Mo2 resistance belt made by shougang and arranged in the furnace door, furnace side, furnace back wall and trolley.
(4) the furnace lining is made of high aluminum fiber cotton, which has strong high temperature resistance and good thermal insulation, and can not be replaced by ordinary fiber cotton. The load-bearing part is built with heavy firebrick to enhance the structural strength of furnace lining. In order to ensure that the heat transfer at the bottom of the trolley is not very high, the insulation layer of the trolley is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber and diatomite insulation brick, so as to improve the thermal insulation performance of the furnace body.
Main technical features
This electric furnace is mainly composed of furnace body (including furnace door), furnace lining, furnace door lifting and lowering, furnace car, furnace car driving mechanism, electric heating device, temperature control and recording system and other main parts.
1, the furnace
(1) furnace lining:
This furnace lining is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber blanket with excellent thermal insulation performance, which is combined into a large plate after special processing and finally combined into a furnace lining.
The furnace body with fire-resistant whole fiber plate structure has excellent heat insulation performance. The weight of the whole fiber furnace lining is only 1/30 of the firebrick furnace body, which not only has excellent thermal insulation performance, but also saves about 30% energy and heats up faster than the brick furnace of the same specification.
Full fiber refractory structure has good thermal shock stability, rapid cooling and heat resistance, and longer service life than brick furnace. This furnace body maintenance is very convenient, if due to mechanical collision and damage, as long as the local repair can be used. This kind of furnace lining also has the characteristics of easy installation and short construction time.
(2) steel structure: the whole fiber plate furnace lining is hung on the steel skeleton, which is made of shaped steel, steel plate and so on. It is light and reliable. This furnace adopts the whole fiber plate structure lining, so its steel structure is much lighter than the traditional firebrick furnace.
2. Electric heating device
The use of advanced hanging structure, high radiation efficiency, strengthen the furnace heat exchange, improve the furnace heat efficiency, and extend the service life of the heating element. The heating element is made of 0Cr27AL7MO2 resistance band, processed into waveform structure by special mold, and hung on the furnace wall fixator (ceramic screw) in groups. It is very convenient for installation and maintenance, and has a long service life.
The electric heating element of the trolley adopts spiral structure of the same material.
3. The trolley is the platform for carrying the workpiece and running. The loading plane size of the furnace truck is:
(1) refractory heat insulation material:
The surface of the trolley is made of heavy brick for bearing layer to ensure the compressive strength. The thermal insulation layer is divided into two parts, the first part is diatomite brick, the second part is light clay brick, to ensure the thermal insulation effect.
Heavy shaped firebrick is used around the trolley to improve its strength.
(2) steel structure of furnace car:
The frame is composed of section steel and channel steel, and its rigidity ensures no deformation under full load. The lower part of the trolley is equipped with a wheelset, and the reducer is used as the transmission mechanism. There are steel sand seals around the frame. Both sides of the car are equipped with sealing devices matching the side seals.
(3) safety interlocking device:
Double insurance limit mechanism and chain mechanism with furnace door are set up to ensure safe operation. Trolley in and out of the flexible, accurate positioning.
(4) furnace floor:
The bottom plate of NI7N furnace is installed on the trolley to bear the workpiece. In order to prevent the oxide skin generated after heating the workpiece from falling into the heating element through the gap between the furnace floor and causing the element damage, the contact between the furnace floor and the furnace body is inserted.
4. Furnace door:
(1) door structure;
This furnace door adopts light steel structure frame, refractory fiber as heat insulation material
(2) furnace door lifting power:
The furnace door adopts electric lifting, and the electric hoist is installed above the furnace door frame.
(3) security protection:
This furnace door is equipped with upper and lower stroke double insurance limit mechanism and the linkage device with the furnace car, the furnace car is equipped with in and out double insurance limit mechanism. When the furnace door is opened, the electric heating element is automatically cut off. When the furnace door is closed, the trolley is not allowed to enter or leave.
5. Packing:
The sealing condition of a furnace directly affects the uniformity of temperature and power consumption in the furnace. The sealing facilities are adopted in each joint part of the furnace, which are described as follows:
(1) the joint of furnace door, furnace body and furnace car:
This joint is the most difficult to seal the car furnace, and is the largest leakage of the furnace furnace, the furnace door weight and domestic advanced spring pressure device. Can make this place seal effectively.
(2) the joint between the furnace body and both sides of the furnace car:
Because the furnace body and the furnace car have relative in and out, considering the expansion after heating, this part should have a considerable gap, so this part USES the refractory fiber and firebrick soft contact dislocation seal, and sand seal groove two sealing, very good to ensure the sealing effect.
(3) the junction between the furnace car and the back of the furnace body:
Use insert type soft edge seal, use the furnace car itself power pressing.
6. Temperature control and recording system of resistance furnace
The control of the trolley annealing furnace is controlled by PID zero-crossing trigger, and the work is done by intelligent instrument. The size and power can be adjusted, and the three-phase current imbalance can also be adjusted. The temperature control can be set in sections according to different heat treatment process requirements for automatic control.
