Trolley furnace is maintained during operation

Trolley furnace in the use of relatively convenient maintenance, mainly used for mechanical parts and parts of the normalizing, quenching, annealing, although the operation is simple but also need to learn carefully, in order to prevent unnecessary losses.


Car furnace is a periodic operating furnace, furnace chamber is not divided into areas. The bottom of the trolley furnace is a movable trolley. Before heating, the trolley will load the material outside the furnace, and the heating parts will be placed on the special pad iron, and then the trolley will be pulled into the furnace for heating by the traction mechanism. After heating, the traction mechanism will pull the trolley out of the furnace and unload the material, and then the heated workpiece will be hoisted to the forging and pressing equipment for processing by the crane.


The operator must understand the following points: the structure and performance of the trolley furnace and its auxiliary equipment. Distribution system, control system layout and safety device location, etc. Operation process and safe operation procedure. Before operation, check whether the power supply of the equipment is normal, whether there are phase breaks, short circuits or bare wires. Check whether the connection of grounding device is in good condition. Check whether there is any damage to the heating element, whether the connection is in good contact, and whether there is any contact with the furnace body and housing. Check the temperature control system for abnormal phenomena. Check whether the furnace door lifting, trolley entering and leaving operation is normal.


The workpieces with corrosive, volatile and explosive gases are strictly prohibited to enter the furnace body for processing, so as not to affect the service life of heating elements and refractory materials in the furnace and cause explosion accidents. Trolley furnace must not run over temperature, otherwise it will shorten the service life of the equipment. Trolley furnace oxide too much of the workpiece into the furnace before the need to clear, can be used under the wire brush. The workpieces should be stacked evenly, about 100-150mm away from the heating element. Brutal operation is strictly prohibited, the workpiece should be put lightly, avoid impact. When the trolley furnace is in use, the operator shall not leave his post without authorization and must pay attention to whether the working condition of the trolley furnace is normal at any time. In order to ensure the safety of operators, the power supply of the heating element must be cut off first.


The oxide of the trolley furnace (including under the trolley furnace wire) should be cleaned frequently, at least once a week or five times. The bottom plate of trolley furnace can be blown by compressed air. If used, resistance wires should not be collisioned to avoid breakage. Trolley furnace motor should be checked regularly and lubricating oil should be added to ensure safety. The shaft sleeve must be checked frequently to prevent damage to the shaft sleeve due to lack of oil. Check the use of heating elements regularly. After a short period of use, the trolley furnace heating element shall not bend and collide. If not serious corrosion and broken, can be used with the trolley furnace wire the same material (or trolley furnace wire itself) as a welding rod, using acetylene gas for heating welding, welding rod using 50% white cloud powder mixed, if the heating element serious corrosion can not be used, it should be replaced. Check the usage of the trolley furnace instrument and thermocouple regularly to prevent the incorrect temperature measurement caused by the error of the instrument and thermocouple from affecting the product quality.
