Tubular furnace product characteristics

Characteristics of a tubular furnace

Atmosphere protection and furnace mouth cooling device

1) Be sure to connect the water cooling loop (lower in upper out) to cool the furnace mouth before using the tubular furnace. Water shortage is strictly prohibited. Cut-off valve is provided for inlet water, and the outlet water outlet shall not be installed.


2) Before using the tubular furnace (and during heating at the same time), the protective atmosphere loop must be ensured to be normal. The atmosphere is nitrogen or argon. The gas is routed through the vacuum globe valve, flow meter and vacuum pump. The gas is fed into the furnace tube in two ways, one of which is nitrogen and the other is hydrogen. And equipped with a vacuum interface, in the other end of the furnace tube exhaust. The discharge is adjusted through the gate valve. Before the furnace heating, start the vacuum pump first and pay attention to the vacuum pressure gauge. When the value of vacuum pressure is close to -0.1mpa, turn off the power supply of the vacuum pump. Open the pipe stop valve and adjust the air source pressure at 0.1mpa. Adjust the inlet flow rate and exhaust valve according to the process requirements to maintain the pressure inside the furnace up to 500Pa.


3) Note: The mouth of the electric furnace is sealed with silicon rubber strip. In case of failure after a period of use, it should be replaced immediately.
