Hood annealing furnace technology achieves the special heat treatment quality of hot rolled and drawn wire coils and achieves low cost.

Good metal sealing in the furnace ensures the safe use of protective atmosphere (such as hydrogen). According to the different annealing materials, different protective atmospheres are selected, including nitrogen, argon and mixed gases. Nitrogen is often used as protective atmosphere in hot rolled cold heading steel without pickling treatment, which can effectively prevent decarburization.
