Application: high temperature graphitization of various graphite and carbon materials.
Characteristic:
1. The operation control system is fully automatic and easy to operate.
-Touch screen can display all operation parameters and data directly;
-The alarm and locking protection devices are impeccable;
-The hydropower control system is automatic and accurate.
2. The fully sealed power cabinet with water-cooled and air-cooled radiators has no heat exchange with the outside air. The power cabinet adopts Shimaden digital display intelligent temperature controller, which can communicate with PLC and complete the temperature control process automatically and accurately. The system can be heated by a given temperature curve, and has the ability to store 400 sections of 20 heating curves.
3. The furnace is cooled by the closed cycle pure water cooling system monitored by digital flow monitoring system, and each water path is monitored and protected by flowmeter.
