Vacuum gas quenching furnace is mainly used for vacuum quenching, tempering and solution aging of cold working, hot working steel, high speed steel and tool steel. It is divided into horizontal and vertical types. The vertical vacuum gas quenching furnace is especially suitable for the vacuum gas quenching of long, rod and plate-shaped workpieces which are easy to deform. After heat treatment, the workpiece can keep bright and the deformation is minimum.

1. The heating element is graphite (customizable), and the insulation layer is made of composite carbon felt and soft felt to ensure temperature uniformity.
2. The whole telescopic car structure is adopted inside, with frequency conversion speed regulation to ensure the smooth transportation of materials and short transfer time.
3. The quenching oil hot oil pump adopts heat pump and external cooling of heat exchanger, so the quenching oil cooling is faster and the efficiency is higher.
4. Built in heat exchanger and forced air circulation cooling mode, uniform jet gas, large flow and fast cooling speed.
5. The dual choice of mixed oil and spray cooling method is suitable for different types of parts, and the workpiece deformation is small.
6. The furnace has temperature, pressure, water pressure, vacuum and other interlocking functions, with a high degree of safety protection and prevention functions.
7. It has the functions of remote control operation, remote fault diagnosis and remote program update.
