Procedures and training provided
Plasma nitriding patented technology with depth control, up to 1.2mm nitriding depth and surface structure control to achieve excellent fatigue performance.
FeS and Fe3O4 layers with the functions of oil storage and solid lubricant can be obtained on the outside of the diffusion layer by plasma sulfur oxynitride, which has both wear resistance and wear reduction properties.
Our plasma nitridation production base is equipped with complete testing equipment and four large plasma nitridation furnaces, ready to provide technical training and general contracting projects.
