The storage box consists of a box, a vacuum system, a pipeline and a control system.
The storage box is made of SUS 304 stainless steel plate. The thickness of the steel plate is 1.2mm.

The sealing material of the box door is silicon rubber sealing strip with high temperature resistance and low air release.
The electric control system is installed on the left side of the box. The electric control system is equipped with motor protection and automatic control of vacuum degree.
The upper and lower limits of vacuum degree shall be set for the first use. After setting, put in the material and start the vacuum system. At this point the vacuum pump will begin pumping. When the vacuum reaches the set value, the vacuum pump stops pumping and enters the pressure retaining process. When the vacuum decreases and the pressure rises to the set lower limit after long time placement, the vacuum pump will automatically start again and enter the pumping process. Stop pumping when the upper limit is reached, so that the circulation does not require manual intervention.
The vacuum pump adopts oil rotary vane vacuum pump. The inlet of vacuum pump is equipped with air filter.
The vacuum pump is connected to the equipment by vacuum bellows.
The bottom of the box body is provided with composite casters, which are made of heavy rubber casters.
