The characteristics of the vacuum furnace is at a given temperature, can vacuum and hydrogen and argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, gases such as ammonia decomposition gas, mainly used in ceramic, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical, machinery, refractory materials, specialty materials, building materials, universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises do roasting, ceramic sintering, high temperature experiment, materials processing, quality of colleges and universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises to do the high temperature sintering atmosphere, reducing atmosphere, CVD experimental, vacuum annealing, etc. Vacuum tube furnaces are often used in high, medium and low temperature CVD processes, such as the development of carbon nanotubes, crystal silicon substrate coating, metal material diffusion welding, and heat treatment in vacuum or atmosphere. The following points should be noted in these experiments:
1. The thermal conductivity of the installation and support frame of the test sample should be low to ensure that the installation and support frame of the test sample are in an adiabatic state;
2. Check whether there are volatile substances, such as oil and gas, and odorous substances in the test area of the high-temperature vacuum tube furnace. The influence of such substances on the test must be confirmed in advance;
3, cold furnace, because the tube chamber is cold, must absorb a lot of heat, so the low temperature section temperature rate is not easy too fast, the temperature of each temperature section temperature rate difference is not easy too big, set the temperature rate should fully consider the physical and chemical properties of sintered materials, so as to avoid the phenomenon of spraying, pollution furnace tube.
4, the furnace temperature should not exceed the rated temperature, so as not to damage heating elements and lining.
5. After the end of the temperature test, the tube furnace must cool the test sample to room temperature before taking out the sample, otherwise it will generate unnecessary stress on the sample and have an irreversible impact on the sample;
6. In order to keep the temperature in the tubular furnace temperature zone consistent, it is necessary to ensure the test environment temperature and the fluctuation of the equipment power supply as much as possible, so as to ensure that the test samples do not generate thermal radiation and do not absorb heat, so as to ensure the temperature in the test zone stable.
