What are the general regulations for welding, cutting and heat treatment in thermal power plants

1. The staff participating in welding, cutting and heat treatment shall pass the professional safety and technical education, pass the examination and obtain the certificate, and be familiar with the first-aid method of electric shock and artificial respiration.

2. Personnel engaged in welding, cutting and heat treatment should have an occupational physical examination once a year. Persons preparing for welding, cutting and heat treatment operations shall undergo a physical examination. Persons suffering from serious organic respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases and obvious liver and kidney diseases should not take part in the work.

3. During welding, cutting and heat treatment, operators shall wear special work clothes, insulating shoes and leather gloves that meet the requirements of professional protection. Don't open your collar and roll up your sleeves.

4. The workplace of welding, cutting and heat treatment shall be well lit (50 ~ 100lm/㎡). Measures shall be taken to remove harmful gases, dust and smoke to make it conform to TJ 36
