Welding defects of mesh belt brazing furnace

When welding with mesh belt brazing furnace, when the solder is not completely solidified, the copper pipe must not be shaken or vibrated, otherwise the welding part will produce cracks and the copper pipe will leak. After welding, the welding joint must be cleaned up, no residual oxide, welding slag, etc., and it is better to brush it with a brush. Check whether the leakage of refrigerant is not reliable or not.


Welding defects generally include:

1) Poor welding, less than a week of welding: This is due to the joint part of oil or temperature is not enough, uneven heating, solder or flux selection is improper, insufficient and other reasons.

2) Joint cracking: This is due to the impact and vibration of the copper pipe when it is not firmly welded.

3) Cracking of welded copper pipe during welding: due to high heat.

4) Rough appearance of welding joint: due to overheating of solder or long welding time, insufficient flux, etc.

5) There are bubbles and air holes in the welding part: it is caused by the uncleanness of the joint.


High quality welding parts shall have the following characteristics:

1) The utility model can withstand the inflation pressure in the tube and has a connecting force.

2) After the refrigerator is running, there is no leakage under the condition of air charging and pressure.

3) It will not be cracked or damaged due to vibration during operation.

4) No clogging.

5) There is no corrosion on the welding part.
