Well carburizing furnace structure
Carburizing furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, lifting mechanism of furnace cover, sealing fan for furnace, muffle tank, heating element and electric control system. The furnace shell is welded from steel plate and section steel. The furnace lining is an energy-saving composite structure made of 0.6g/cm3 high-strength ultra-light energy-saving firebrick, aluminum silicate fiber, diatomaceous earth insulation brick and asbestos board. The lifting mechanism of the furnace cover is composed of motor, gear pump and other parts. When the furnace cover is opened, just press the button on the control box and the furnace cover rises at a speed of 30-70 mm/s. For safety, the lifting shaft is equipped with two stroke switches. When the furnace cover rises, the lower stroke switch automatically cuts off the main circuit power supply of the carburizing furnace control cabinet to stop the power supply of the heating element. The upper stroke switch limits the height of the lifting shaft to prevent the lifting shaft from rising too high and falling out.
A sealed air blower is mounted on the cover of the furnace to stir the atmosphere in the muffle and to equalize the composition, and to equalize the furnace temperature. Tube on the furnace cover is equipped with three root process leads to the chamber of a stove or furnace muffle tank: a casing installed at the top three stainless steel drip chamber, by three instillator quantity drip to furnace, methanol, kerosene or other organic liquid, all kinds of liquid are adjustable, the ammonia air hole on the casing can be used to furnace conveying ammonia and used as carbon and nitrogen altogether permeability (not nitriding the nozzle can be closed). A casing is a sampling tube. A tube joint on the top of the casing can be connected with a "U" type glass tube manometer, which is used to monitor the muff tank in the furnace to maintain the furnace pressure and ensure the normal carburization or carbon and nitrogen co-carburization. It is made of heat-resistant steel (casting). The heating element is wound into a spiral shape by the electric heat alloy wire, installed on the inner wall of the furnace lining, and is led out of the furnace. The temperature of the carburizing furnace is transmitted to the automatic temperature control cabinet through the thermocouple inserted into the furnace chamber, and the signal is transmitted to the automatic temperature control cabinet through the compensation wire. The temperature control cabinet automatically controls, adjusts and records the heating temperature in the furnace. The carburizing furnace is equipped with a cooling bucket (optional) for storing the treated parts, and a sand seal groove is arranged on the lid of the bucket.
Specification for well carburizing furnace operation
Preparation before opening the furnace
1. Clear the carbon black in the furnace tank and check the sealing gasket.
2. Check the circulating fan and motor, add grease to the bearing and cooling water jacket for water supply.
3. Check the position of thermocouple and oil pressure lifting mechanism.
4. Check the titrator, methanol and kerosene storage containers.
Operation rules for furnace opening
1. Close the power switch.
2. Adjust the automatic control device of the instrument and allow electrification and heating.
3. Turn on the fan when the temperature rises.
4. When the furnace temperature rises to 850℃, kerosene (or methanol) begins to drip into it.
5. When the furnace temperature reaches the required temperature, cut off the power supply of the furnace and the fan before loading the workpiece. Then close the furnace door, connect the fan and furnace power supply, according to the range operation.
6. After the workpiece comes out of the oven, close the furnace cover, continue the fan, cut off the resistance wire power supply of the furnace, and drop a small amount of kerosene.
7. Stop dripping kerosene when the furnace temperature drops to 850℃.
8. When the furnace temperature drops to 600℃, stop the fan and cut off the power switch.
