1、 Maintenance parts of high temperature furnace: external maintenance; maintenance contents and requirements: wipe the dust and dirt on the surface of high-temperature furnace body and working site to keep it clean, free of oil and rust.
2、 Maintenance position of high temperature furnace: furnace; maintenance contents and requirements: remove oxide and dirt in furnace, check whether there are foreign matters in furnace, keep resistance wire in good condition, check whether wire laying brick is in good condition, repair damaged wire carrier brick, and rearrange electric furnace wire.
3、 Maintenance parts of high temperature furnace: electrical appliances and temperature control instruments; maintenance contents and requirements: clean the electrical box and electrical devices and fix them neatly; check the temperature control system for automatic and manual control, flexible and reliable to eliminate the residual magnetism of electromagnetic switch; check the position of thermocouple in the furnace to make it in the correct position; the furnace cover lifting mechanism and electrical interlock device are sensitive and reliable.
4、 Maintenance parts of high temperature furnace: furnace; maintenance contents and requirements: clean the carbon black and dirt in the furnace, and check the furnace tank and fan shaft Check the fan of the tank cover for normal operation and the sealing ring is in good condition without leakage; check the water cooling of the tank cover to ensure that the water circuit is smooth and free of leakage; check the hydraulic lifting mechanism of the tank cover, and ensure that the oil cylinder and management are free of oil leakage and blockage; clean up the dirt at the exhaust port.
5、 Maintenance parts of high temperature furnace: penetrant medium and input; maintenance contents and requirements: permeate medium input pipeline is smooth, no leakage, clean the drip injector, read clearly, check the exhaust pipe is in good condition and not blocked; check the joints and valves of each pipeline, and tighten them; check the exhaust device, which is safe and intact.
6、 Maintenance parts of high temperature furnace: atmosphere detection; maintenance contents and requirements: clean the dirt of pressure gauge (U-tube) and read clearly; check the atmosphere analyzer in the furnace to be intact and accurate.
