1700 degrees high temperature furnace is generally used for high temperature annealing, sintering, oxidation, melting, aerospace materials experiment, building materials experiment, sapphire sintering, ceramic sintering, glass melting, metal melting, surface heat treatment and other experiments, suitable for high temperature field experiments with high precision and complex experimental steps.
1700 ℃ high temperature furnace features:
1. Furnace: Type 1700 ceramic fiber, which overcomes the shortcomings of poor thermal insulation effect of traditional thermal insulation materials, has excellent characteristics such as high temperature resistance, seismic resistance, good toughness, small shrinkage at high temperature, good thermal insulation effect and energy saving.
2. Shell material: cold-drawn steel plate + powder baking paint is not easy to be deformed, does not drop the paint, the appearance of bright, clean and beautiful characteristics.
3. Sensor: B-type thermocouple, namely platinum-rhodium 30-Platinum-rhodium 6 thermocouple, with high accuracy, good stability, wide temperature measuring area, long service life and high temperature upper limit.
4. Heating software: U-shaped silicon and molybdenum bar. The si-Mo rod is processed with molybdenum disilicide as raw material. When it is used in a high temperature oxidizing atmosphere, a layer of bright and dense quartz (Si02) glass film is formed on the surface, which can protect the inner layer of the si-Mo rod from oxidation. Therefore, the si-Mo rod has unique high-temperature oxidation resistance and greatly extends its service life.
5. Temperature control mode: Intelligent PID can be segmented control
