1、 Before starting the CNC tool grinder, lubricate all parts of the machine tool, check whether the mechanical transmission is normal and whether the switch button is reliable to ensure that the grinding wheel is in good condition without damage.
2、 Start the grinding wheel in inching mode to normal processing speed and idle for five minutes.
3、 Attention should be paid to the installation of grinding wheel;
1. Before installation, check whether the shape of grinding wheel is complete. Tap the grinding wheel to make sure it is in good condition without damage.
2. Stone wool pad shall be placed on the clamping position of grinding wheel, and the first balance shall be carried out after clamping, and then it shall be balanced again after being installed and trimmed. The new grinding wheel shall be idled for five minutes.
4、 The grinding wheel is forbidden to run over speed, and shall not exceed the warning speed.
5、 Reasonable selection of grinding amount, no overload grinding.
6、 Before grinding, check whether the workpiece is firmly absorbed or clamped firmly. When clamping high workpiece and workpiece with small bottom area, block or special fixture shall be used to clamp to prevent failure.
7、 When starting the machine, no one is allowed to stand in front of the grinding wheel rotation to prevent the grinding wheel from breaking and flying out or the workpiece flying.
8、 At the end of the work, clean the machine tool, cut off the power supply, put the parts in order, and keep the working site clean.
