The box-type annealing furnace has two annealing Chambers and two preheating Chambers. Eight burners are arranged tangentially in the annealing chamber to allow combustion gas to flow around the annealing chamber. The combustion gas is discharged from the upper edge of the annealing chamber and then flows through the preheating chamber from top to bottom. A fan is then used to inflate part of the combustion gas back into the annealing chamber and the other part into the chimney. This kind of cyclic heating method can avoid local overheating of annealing box. During annealing, protective gases circulate in the annealing chamber.

The moving device of the furnace door adopts electric device, which is mainly composed of the furnace door frame, reducer, sprocket, transmission shaft and bearing, etc. The furnace door closes and opens through the positive and negative transmission on the reducer to drive the movement of the furnace door. The furnace door moving reducer is also equipped with brake device, which can effectively prevent the furnace door from displacement in the process of moving. The pressing device of the furnace door adopts the hand wheel pressing structure, which makes the fiber plane on the furnace door and the cotton on the furnace mouth frictionless, and has the characteristics of long service life.
The side plate and bottom plate are welded with Q235 steel plate, which is firm and reliable in structure, not easy to be deformed and warped, and the overall strength is good. The furnace door lining is also of whole fiber structure. The opening of the furnace door is side opening. There is a circuit breaker on the furnace door. When the furnace door is opened, the power supply of heating element is cut off to ensure the operator. Adjusting sealing mechanism is installed on the furnace door to seal the furnace door effectively. There is a thermocouple hole on the top of the furnace. When in use, the thermocouple is inserted into the furnace to control the working temperature of the furnace through the electric furnace control cabinet.
