11. When igniting gas, please pay attention to remove the water and condensing oil, and empty it at a safe address for more than 15 minutes. After analysis, the oxygen content is less than 1%, then it can be put into incineration. The gas must go through the arrestor before it enters the furnace.
12. New furnace operation must be conducted in accordance with the regular procedures, heating curve oven.
13. In case of fire in the furnace caused by the burst of the furnace tube or urgent situation requiring people to enter the furnace for disposal, use steam to revive and cool down; spray water into the furnace to revive and cool down is strictly prohibited.
