The pollutants of oil filter mainly come from the following aspects:
(1) Internal residue of oil filter: chips, welding slag and molding sand remaining in the system during the process of manufacturing or installation;
(2) Internal wear of oil filter: abrasive chips generated by friction between motion pairs of components, rust plates generated by internal surface corrosion;
(3) External invasion of oil filter: dust from the extended end of oil tank mouth or piston rod of hydraulic cylinder;
(4) Pollution formed during remediation.
5 m or so particles are stuck in the valve core, plug saving hole, the first cause of accumulation in the system. Particles above 15 m will cause blockage of the economizer and wear of the accelerators. The maximum entrapment that causes the spool and plunger to become stuck is considered to be solid particles close to the spool and plunger radial clearance standard.
