The detection thermocouple is fixed on each temperature measurement position of the pre-designed temperature measurement frame with the fine wire made of high-temperature resistant material, and the mark is made. The temperature measurement frame is installed in the furnace, and then the reference end of the thermocouple is led out of the furnace body of the box resistance furnace, the furnace door of the box resistance furnace is closed, and the detection heat is detected with compensation wire according to the polarity of the thermocouple The couple is connected to the detection instrument through the change-over switch according to the marked serial number. Finally, check the connection of thermocouple, compensation wire, change-over switch and detection instrument to ensure normal operation.
