Contamination and corrosiveness of mold and shell roaster:
1, the mold roaster basically has serious ash of all levels of heating surface, superheater slagging and smudged smell. Severe contamination will reduce heat transfer efficiency. In severe cases, the local heat transfer surface will be covered by contamination and lose heat transfer performance. There is a large amount of KCl in ash (40%-80%).
2. Ash accumulation is mainly caused by the high potassium and chlorine content of biomass itself. Potassium and chlorine will deposit directly in the heat transfer stamen in the form of KCl, or potassium may react with silicate in ash to form low-melting ash, increasing the tendency of sticking to the heat transfer surface.
3. The problem of corrosion also exists in the calciner superheater, and the corrosion rate increases with the increase of steam temperature. The mechanism of corrosion in furnace is related to the corrosion of gas phase chloride, the solid reaction of chloride in sediments, and the reaction of molten chloride with sulfate. The liquid dirty secret corrupt bond phenomenon usually exists when it is weak. Corrosion occurs mostly on the heating surface of superheater, mainly chlorine corrosion.
The mould-shell calciner is mainly used for the quenching, annealing and aging of shell calciner, high chromium and high manganese steel castings, nodular cast iron, roll, steel ball, 45 steel, stainless steel, and heat treatment of various mechanical parts.
