4. The level of the front pushing mechanism and the rear pulling mechanism shall be based on the guide rail in the furnace. The guide rail of the front pushing mechanism is 3 ~ 5L higher than that of the furnace, and the rear pulling mechanism is 3 ~ 5L lower than that of the furnace.
5. Install the furnace door and lift the oil cylinder according to the drawing of the push-rod furnace door mechanism to ensure the flexible movement of the furnace door up and down.
6. The furnace shall be built according to the lining drawing. The furnace shall be built in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Resistance Furnace Construction Manual.
7. The lifting of electric control cabinet of pushrod furnace is required to be stable without collision. The installation position shall be subject to the foundation drawing, and the specific situation shall be determined according to the site situation.
