1. The lubrication condition between the guide rail of the worktable and the guide rail of the bed is poor. The crawling of the worktable is often caused by the poor lubrication of the guide rail of the worktable. If the lubrication is too small, or simply due to the blockage of the lubrication channel, the lubricating oil can not hit the guide rail at all, which increases the friction between the guide rail pairs and causes the crawling phenomenon of the worktable. At this time, we just need to open the lubrication channel or increase the lubrication amount properly, and then we can solve the crawling problem of the worktable. It should be noted that the amount of lubrication between the guide pairs should not be adjusted too much, otherwise it will cause the drift of the worktable in operation, and then cause the related poor quality problems of the grinding workpiece.
2. The power transmission part of the worktable of the CNC forming grinder causes the power transmission part of the worktable, namely the lead screw and its related connecting parts, including the lead screw itself and the connecting bearing.
First of all, there should be no obvious blocking feeling when the lead screw can be turned by hand, and the hand feeling should be soft and uniform. If the handle is blocked, the bearing used for supporting the screw may be damaged, and the ball or raceway in the screw nut may be damaged or dirty, such as small chips, etc. Should be based on the inspection of the corresponding disposal, or replace the bearing, or replace the screw, or cleaning, or ask professional personnel to adjust the screw and precision recovery.
Secondly, check the parallelism of the two bus bars of the lead screw to the bed guide rail. In general, when the CNC molding grinder leaves the factory, the parallelism of the guide rail of the bed to the two bus bars of the lead screw is adjusted within 0.08mm, which can be appropriately relaxed to 0.1mm by the user in practical application. If it is out of tolerance, it should be adjusted within the standard range. Another case is that there is something wrong with the connecting part of the lead screw and the servo motor. It is required that the concentricity of the two shafts connected here is relatively high, which should be controlled within 0.1 mm generally, otherwise it will exceed the error correction range of the coupling and servo motor and cause the worktable to crawl.
3. The deformation of CNC forming grinder bed and worktable is generally caused by the large seasonal temperature difference, and there is no corresponding temperature regulating device in the equipment room, which leads to the large environmental temperature change of the machine tool, and the corresponding guide rail is deformed due to the temperature change. After the deformation of the guide rail pair, its running contact condition is poor, only a few places contact, the clearance of the guide rail pair becomes larger, resulting in the leakage of lubricating oil, which can not form a real oil film, and then cause the worktable to crawl. This kind of situation is more complex, should ask professional personnel to use the instrument to carry on the inspection, the repair to the bed.
