Work flow in high temperature furnace experiment

So the use of high electric furnace to do the experiment to strictly follow the safety experiment (production) operation process to ensure the safety of personnel to avoid damage to the furnace body, workpiece.


Preparation before the experiment :


1. Check whether the furnace is clean, clean up sundries and ensure that the furnace is clean.


2. Check whether the furnace wall and bottom plate are broken or damaged.


3. Check the installation and fastening of the resistance wire and the thermocouple lead rod to see if the instrument is normal.


4, check the resistance furnace door switch is flexible.


5. After ensuring that all items are normal, start to release the working parts.


Work flow in the experiment :


1. Make sure the power is off when releasing the parts.


2. Handle with care to avoid damaging the heating elements and the bottom plate of the furnace.


3. It is strictly prohibited to put wet workpiece, and the heating workpiece and electric heating element in the furnace should be kept a distance of 50-70mm; The workpiece should be placed neatly and not stacked too high to avoid damaging the thermocouple casing


4. Check all kinds of instruments and instruments during work. If there are any abnormalities, timely repair them.


5, when the furnace temperature is above 700℃, do not open the furnace door to reduce temperature or out of the oven, in order to avoid sudden cooling and reduce the furnace life.


Work flow after the experiment :


1. Cut off the power


2. Handle and release the working parts lightly to ensure that the furnace body and workpiece are not damaged.


3. Reload the furnace and repeat the above procedure.


4. Clear the sundries in the theory to ensure the cleanliness.


5. Pay attention to daily maintenance.
