1. Filter drainage 2113 has two ways: differential pressure drainage and manual drainage of 5261 water. In manual drainage, 1653 must be discharged before the 4102 water level reaches the level below the filter element.

2. For pressure adjustment, please pull up the knob before turning it and then turn it. Press down the knob for positioning. Turn the knob to the right to increase the outlet pressure, and turn it to the left to reduce the outlet pressure. When adjusting the pressure, the pressure should be adjusted gradually and evenly to the required value, not adjusted in one step.

3. Oil feeder usage: Oil feeder should use JIS K2213 oil (ISO Vg32 or equivalent oil). Please do not pour more than 8 full cup. The number 0 means the minimum amount of oil and 9 means the maximum amount of oil. Cannot rotate from position 9-0, must rotate clockwise.

A. Select air components required by the system according to technical performance parameters such as pipeline size, flow rate, pressure regulation and filtration accuracy; ?

B. The filtration precision of air filter is seven kinds, including 2um, 5um, 10um, 20um, 40um, 70um and 100um, and suitable products can be selected according to the requirements of air quality;

C. When using the pressure reducing valve, try to avoid using the lower limit of the pressure regulating range, and choose the appropriate pressure reducing valve according to the requirements of the use pressure;

D. Installation sequence: starting from the inlet end of the air source, connect the air filter, pressure reducing valve and oil mist device at one time. The arrow direction on the component housing is the direction of air flow and cannot be connected backwards;

E. The air filter and oil mist device must be installed vertically with the cup facing down;

F. Once the oil mist device goes against the current, it will cause damage to internal parts and cause danger, so it should be avoided;

G. Avoid mixing seal tape, rust and other impurities into the pipeline during installation and connection.
