1. Main chain of furnace control
A. The fan stops, furnace gas overtemperature, workpiece surface overtemperature, compressed air pressure drops, cooling water pressure drops, and system alarm.
B. The heater can only be connected after the fan is turned on. After the heater's power is disconnected and the furnace temperature drops below 100℃, the water cooling system of the fan can only stop the water supply, and the furnace door can only be opened after the fan stops the power supply.
C. Linkage between furnace and skip car:
When the cart arrives at a certain furnace according to the program instruction, an induction switch gives the information: the cart moves slowly and tracks, and the proximity switch gives the signal when the cart is in place. At the same time, the furnace door is loosened and raised to the upper limit (controlled by the main command controller). The safety pin is extended and sends a signal, so that the feeding trolley and lifting platform can get electricity. If the furnace door safety pin is not in place, the feeding trolley will not be able to run.
After the feeding trolley gets the electricity, it will send the feeding trolley into the furnace smoothly (the position is controlled by the travel switch, and there is a mechanical limit safety device on the track of the furnace, which will prevent the feeding trolley from going forward when the travel switch of the furnace fails) after it reaches the position. Trolley lifting feed table to the action of the material into the furnace rack.
When the material falls, the feeding trolley can exit the furnace door. When the car back to the limit after the start of the furnace door lock cylinder off the safety pin, and then press the furnace door drop button, the furnace door drop to the lower limit, the main command issued by the controller, the furnace door stop.
The pressing cylinder of the furnace door ACTS to press the furnace door. After the pressing is in place, the magnetic switch on the pressing cylinder sends out a signal, and then the circulating fan can be started.
Precautions for use of aluminum coil annealing furnace
A. The furnace temperature shall not exceed 650℃. When the furnace temperature exceeds the limit temperature, it is necessary to manually cut off the air switch of the ac power units of the four golden gate. When the alarm signal disappears (after the fault is eliminated), it is necessary to manually close the air switch to resume the automatic work.
B. When the furnace is working, power supply and other operations shall not be cut off.
C. The workpiece should be placed correctly on the skip without deviation, let alone beyond the periphery of the material frame. The fan bearing, the bearing of the furnace door opening mechanism and the skip bearing must be regularly filled with lubricating oil.
D. Check the wiring of all components regularly, especially the wiring of electric heating elements, thermocouples and travel switches. Inspect all valves, piping and electrical systems regularly.
Conditions of use for aluminum coil annealing furnace
The electric furnace of the aluminum coil annealing furnace shall work under the following conditions
1. No more than 1000 meters above sea level
2. The ambient temperature is +5~40℃.
3. The average relative humidity of the wet month in the use area shall not be more than 90%, and the average temperature of the month shall not be higher than 25℃.
4. There is no conductive dust, explosive gas or corrosive gas that can seriously damage the metal insulation.
