1) In the process of combustion, if the temperature of the heating hood is greater than the limit temperature (850 degrees), then the temperature controller will take the temperature of the heating hood as the controlled object and automatically cut off the heating parts, so as to achieve the protection of the heating hood and extend its life.
2) Two temperature measuring electric couple (1# and 2# electric couple) have been pre-installed in the furnace. The electric couple (1# electric couple) is used as an inner cover to control the temperature. The electric couple (1# electric couple) is displayed on the field dashboard.
