Bell furnace opening conditions testing:

1) "hand/automatic" switch of the valve holder operating box; rotate the switch to the "automatic" state

2) The "emergency stop" button of the furnace operation box is not pressed

3) The inner cover falls onto the furnace, and the feedback signal is in place

4) The main N2 valve opens and the feedback signal is in place

5) The inner cover has been clamped and the solenoid valve has been electrified, and there is no fault in the hydraulic system

6) Inner cover temperature <250℃

7) The interlocking signals of 7mBAR and 95mbar of the inner cover pressure did not come

When the above conditions are met, the background color of "production start button" on the HMI screen turns green, and then the operator clicks the button to start the control program.
