Operating principle of Burn Off Oven
There are two relatively independent heating systems, temperature and smoke control system. In a heating system, the furnace chamber is heated to a certain temperature range, and the temperature in the furnace is automatically controlled by the control system, so that the coating on the workpiece is gradually decomposed into gas. The control system always ensures the decomposition speed and the concentration of decomposition products and strictly controls them in a certain range. When the decomposition product is converted into CO2 and steam after high temperature treatment in the secondary heating system, the remaining parts in the furnace are workpieces and unaffected inorganic substances, which have become powder. Most of the carbonization furnaces have fallen on the bottom plate of the furnace, and a small amount of residual can be wiped off with water by gently knocking.
