Technical requirements for cylindrical grinder equipment

1. It is controlled by electric and hydraulic transmission system to realize longitudinal grinding and cut in grinding cycle. The longitudinal movement of the worktable of the machine tool can be hydraulic stepless transmission or hand wheel drive. It is a kind of cylindrical grinder with manual control, electric and hydraulic control.

2. The machine bed is of integral cast iron structure, and the internal rib plate is of box type layout, which makes the machine tool have high rigidity, precision and surface wear resistance

3. The lubrication of the worktable is in the form of orifice throttling and unloading. The main shaft of grinding wheel holder is thickened, and the motor power is increased. The temperature rise of the oil pool of the grinding wheel rack is small and the grinding rate is high.

4. The longitudinal movement of the machine tool table, the rapid advance and retreat of the grinding wheel rack and the automatic periodic feeding of the grinding wheel are controlled by the operation button, electrical and hydraulic pressure. The machine tool has a worktable manual mechanism, a grinding wheel rack manual cross feed mechanism and a hydraulic pedal tailstock backward device.

5. The head frame can be adjusted at any angle within 90 degrees in the counter clockwise direction. The inner and outer conical workpieces with different taper can be ground by swinging the angle of head frame or worktable or grinding wheel rack. Turning down the inner grinder bracket on the grinding wheel frame shell can grind the inner circle parts. It has 6 sets of internal grinding rods for selection.

6. The workpiece, cylindrical grinding wheel, internal grinding wheel, oil pump and cooling pump are driven by independent motor respectively.

7. The machine tool adopts the electric and hydraulic interlocking mechanism with various moving parts, so the operation is safe and reliable. The outer round grinding wheel and the inner round grinding wheel are equipped with reliable safety protection cover.
